How to Register on the New Member Portal Website
Instructional registration letters were mailed on May 9, 2018 to all eligible members and their eligible dependents over age 18. Carefully read the letter and follow the instructions to register on the Member Portal.
The letter contains a Member Identification Number which is required as part of the initial registration process.
Please note, only one user name and password are permitted per email address. If more than one person in your family requires website access, each must use a different email address.
Every member, spouse, and dependent over the age of 18 will receive their own Member Identification Number that will give them access to their own Protected Health Information (PHI). Each person who receives their own username and password will not have their PHI available for viewing by any other user.
