4.1 Normal Retirement Age The Plan’s Normal Retirement Age is the later of the following: age 65, or the fifth anniversary of the date you became a Plan Participant. You may retire with full benefits on the first of the month after you reach your Normal Retirement Age. In order to receive retirement benefits you must file an approved application with the Trust Customer Service Office. Applications can be obtained from the Trust Customer Service Office or on-line from the Trust website www.959trusts.com.
