15.8 Plan Sponsor and Plan Administrator

The employees, retirees and employers are represented in the administra-tion of this Plan through a joint Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees is the Plan Sponsor and the Plan Administrator.

This list is available for examination at the Trust Customer Service Office. The Trustees may impose a reasonable charge for the cost of furnishing these lists. You may also make a written request as to whether a particular employer or employee organization is a Plan sponsor, and if so, the sponsor’s address.
