13.1 Incapacity

If you (or your Beneficiary, after your death) should become unable to pro-perly handle benefit payments from the Pension Plan, the Plan Administrator may arrange to make payments to another party. To facilitate this, one of the following should be submitted:

  • durable power of attorney;
  • legal guardianship; or
  • legal conservatorship.
