Basic Benefit	66 2/3% of the amount you would have received had you retired on the day before your date of death under the 66 2/3% Joint Annuity.	60 monthly payments of the amount you would have received had you retired on the day before your date of death under the Five-Year Certain Life Annuity.
Options	Optional actuarially equivalent payout in 60 monthly installments.	None
