Age	50 and less than 65
Service & Other Requirements	a. 1,000 Rule of 80 Surcharge Contributory Hours (excluding Recaptured Hours) in 2 Plan Years preceding Retirement; and b. Earned after 6/30/1990: 10,000 Contributory Hours or 5 years of Contributory Years of Service (excluding Recaptured Hours/Service); and c. Age plus Contributory Years of Service totals at least 80; and d. at retirement, 12 or more months have elapsed since the first Rule of 80 Surcharge Contributory Hour worked.
Basic Benefit	Accrued Monthly Normal Retirement Benefit with no reduction.
