Service & Other Requirements

Vested

a.

1,500 Contributory Hours* in 3 consecutive years after age 49; and

b.

20,000 Contributory Hours or 10 years of Contributory Years of Service

50,000 Contributory Hours or 25 years of Contributory Years of Service

 

Benefits earned prior to July 1, 1990 will be determined under the Prior Plan unless 10,000 Contributory Hours or 5 years of Contributory Years of Service earned after 6/30/90.*

 

*excluding Recaptured Hours/Service

 

Basic Benefit

Accrued Monthly Normal Retirement Benefit actuarially reduced from age 65.

Accrued Monthly Normal Retirement Benefit actuarially reduced from age 60 (no reduction if age 60 or older).

Accrued Monthly Normal Retirement Benefit actuarially reduced from age 57 (no reduction if age 57 or older).
