Eligibility

You become eligible for benefits as soon as any employer makes vacation contributions on your behalf to the Plan pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement. If you die prior to receiving all vacation benefits which are due to you, your spouse or estate (if no spouse) will receive the remaining benefits.

When Paid

Benefits are mailed to the address on file with the Plan quarterly: on February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1.

Amount of Benefit

You will receive as your benefit the entire amount actually contributed by your employer(s) and credited on your behalf, provided the contribution was received at least 10 business days prior to the date the quarterly benefit payment is calculated. No earnings or interest are credited to your vacation benefit balance.
