5.11 PREADMISSION TESTING The Plan will extend benefits for pre-admission laboratory and x-ray testing performed in a Hospital’s outpatient department within the 7-day period preceding scheduled admission to that Hospital for medical treatment or a surgical procedure. These Covered Expenses are reimbursed at 100%.
