5.10 SKILLED NURSING FACILITY OR EXTENDED CARE FACILITY Benefits are extended for Covered Expenses incurred during inpatient care at a Skilled Nursing Facility or Extended Care Facility, when the Participant’s Illness or Injury would otherwise require a Hospital stay. This benefit is limited to 365 days per confinement. The Plan provides no benefits for Custodial Care.
