3.1 TERMINATION OF ELIGIBILITY FOR DEPENDENTS

A Dependent’s eligibility will terminate on the earlier of the following dates:

  1. The date he or she no longer qualifies as a Dependent; or
  2. The date the Eligible Employee’s or Retired Participant’s coverage terminates; or
  3. The date the Plan terminates, or the Trustees eliminate the Dependent’s coverage under the Plan.
