14.2 COVERAGE IN THE EVENT OF A STRIKE, LOCKOUT OR LABOR DISPUTE

If an Eligible Employee is not working due to a strike, lockout or labor dispute, the Employee may continue eligibility by using hours from his/her hour bank account. Such an Eligible Employee may also be eligible to continue eligibility under COBRA provisions explained in the COBRA Continuation Coverage section of this Booklet.
