New Logins Required to Access Benefit Data

Alaska Teamsters Trusts is no longer using MediWeb. Features previously offered through MediWeb are now spread out across two separate programs: MediClaims and NETime. MediClaims provides information on medical and dental claims history, payment, and deductibles; it also allows participants to request new ID cards and print temporary ID cards. NETime provides information on contribution history. Participants must create new logins for each program.


To access MediClaims:

  1. Click on the MediClaims link in the lower left-hand corner of the 959Trusts page (where the MediWeb link used to be).
  2. Click on "First Time User?"
  3. Click "Employee/Insured" within the pull down menu.
  4. You will come to a screen where you will be asked to enter the following required personal information for automated account setup:
    • Member First Name
    • Member Last Name
    • Date of birth (example: 01/01/1940)
    • Social Security Number
  5. When registering, if you are a member of more than one group you will need to know your 12 digit alternate ID number. If the system prompts you to enter your 12 digit alternate ID number please refer to your ID card (example below). If you are enrolled in Medical and Dental, you will need to register/create an account twice, once using your Medical ID number and the other Dental ID number.

    EXAMPLE:

    ID number off of card: 959112345

    This is how you would enter the 12 digit alternate ID number into the registration screen: 095911234500

    First five digits of Alternate ID: Zero precedes first four digits of ID number: 09591

    Digits six through ten of Alternate ID are: 12345

    Digits eleven through twelve: Example for Employee: 00 (00-Employee, 01-Spouse, 02-Dependent1)

  6. The verification process is done at the time of registration. When registration has been completed, you will get a message at the end of registration stating your account has been successfully created. You can access your account by logging in using your user id and password you've created. To access NETime:

  1. Click on the MediClaims link in the lower left-hand corner of the 959Trusts page (below the MediClaims link).
  2. Enter your Social Security Number.
  3. Click the "Request a PIN Number" check box.
  4. Click "Submit" to send your information.
