15.9 COB WITH OTHER COVERAGE PROVIDED BY STATE OR FEDERAL LAW

If the Participant is eligible for benefits under both this Plan and any other coverage provided by any other state or federal law, the coverage provided by any other state or federal law pays first and this Plan pays second.
